The Top Burger simulates the business operation management in a burger shop to sell a different set of menu with different recipes and drinks. It requires a better understanding of how the business is influenced by internal business decisions such as marketing, production, procurement, price and human resources etc. and external circumstances, such as seasonal factors and weather factors. Student will touch base on basic financial statements such as balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement with different BI charts.
